Gypsum board, also known as drywall or plasterboard, is a cornerstone material in modern construction. It's widely used for interior walls, suspended ceilings, and decorative finishes. These panels are lightweight, durable, quick to install, and allow for clean, debris-free execution. Yazd Gypsum Board produces a variety of gypsum panels, including moisture-resistant, fire-resistant, and standard types. Profiles play a crucial role in the substructure of gypsum board walls and suspended ceilings. These components are manufactured from standard-thickness galvanized steel sheets, forming the foundational strength of the structure. Various types of profiles, such as U36, F47, L25, and U70, are used in different installation sections. Yazd Gypsum Board provides high-quality profiles, enabling the rapid and precise execution of dry construction projects.
Metal fasteners are vital for ensuring the strength and correct installation of gypsum board structures and suspended ceilings. The "complete connection piece" is used for main structural elements, such as the F47 profile. Direct hangers (or brackets) are utilized when there's a minimal gap between the suspended ceiling and the main ceiling. For longitudinal connections of structures, the "W" connector is employed. In grid or hybrid suspended ceiling systems, the HT90 connector is used. Yazd Gypsum Board supplies these essential fasteners, enabling the creation of safe and durable structures.
Jointing materials are essential for the proper, seamless finish of gypsum board structures. They cover gaps between panels, creating a smooth, seamless surface ready for painting or final finishes. Using high-quality jointing materials prevents cracking at panel joints, ensuring the work's durability and aesthetic appeal. These materials typically include specialized joint compounds, joint tape, and additives for filling seams and covering screw heads.
Screws are essential for dry construction (drywall) systems. In gypsum board walls and suspended ceilings, they secure panels to metal frames and connect structural components, crucially impacting the strength, durability, installation speed, safety, and final quality of your project. Selecting the right screw depends on factors like gypsum panel thickness, metal frame material/thickness, application (walls, ceilings, decorative), and environmental conditions (humidity, temperature). For instance, stainless steel or specially coated screws are recommended for humid areas or projects needing extra resistance. In 2018, with the establishment of our production line for PVC-coated ceiling tiles and ceiling tile profiles, a new chapter in our manufacturing activities began, enabling us to offer modern and practical products to the market.
In 2020, through the continuous efforts of our technical and management teams, we increased our production capacity by 50%, allowing us to meet the growing demands of the domestic market and large construction projects.
In 2024, a milestone in the company’s development was achieved. With the launch of our new gypsum board production line, the factory’s capacity increased more than threefold, making it possible not only to supply a larger share of the domestic market but also to take significant steps toward stronger regional market presence.
